Sometimes I am inspired to write a song that is meaningful to important social issues. If I can use my skills and talents to help further a cause and try to make a difference, I must.

"Burn It Down" is inspired by the BLM movement, and all the people surmounting the fight against a system designed to oppress. I stand in solidarity and I wrote this song to empower and advocate for change. So to the corrosive racism, sexism and homophobia built into every level and every facet of our society's structure...we will burn you down so we can build something better! 100% of my fundraiser supports The Equal Justice Initiative.
